RESERVATION POLICY
We encourage advance reservations. For any reservation made more than 24 hours in advance, we’ll deliver the vehicle to your door. For last minute reservations, we’ll do our best to pick you up with another vehicle within a 2-hour notice and take you to your Jeep parked on Main Street, Park City.
 
We will need a signed rental contract and a copy of your driver license before we can let you have the vehicle.
 
1-day rentals:
For the 1-day rentals, we have fixed dropoff and pickup times. We will deliver the Jeep to you before 8:00 AM so you can get to your activity on time, and we will pick it up between 5:00 and 7:00 AM. We’ll let you know where to leave the key as we have no intention on waking you up.
 
Multi-day rentals:
For rentals exceeding 24 hours, we will deliver and pick up at the most convenient time for you. A rental day consists of a 24-hour period, so any period longer than 24 hours will attract at least a 2-day charge.
 
PAYMENTS
We only accept reservations and payments by credit card (AMEX, Discover, MasterCard and Visa). At the time of reservation and 24 hours prior to your rental period, we will run an authorization for the rental amount to the credit card on file. We will charge the credit card at the end of the rental or, for longer rentals, 4 days after the rental has started. Discounted rentals may be charged upon reservation and not refundable.
 
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled rental start date and time are possible at no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled rental start date and time will be charged for at least one day at the going rate. We hope you understand; we have a limited fleet that we need to manage efficiently in order to continue to offer this convenient service.
